1. General Provisions

otk10 ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and financial transactions on the platform.

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

2. Account Registration & Management

To enjoy the full benefits of the otk10 platform, you need to create a personal account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

2.1 Account Security

• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that take place on your account.

2.2 Identity Verification

otk10 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to submit the required documents for verification may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed. Withdrawals may be delayed during the verification process.

2.3 Updating Account Information

If your name, contact number, or payment details change, please inform our support team immediately. otk10 is not responsible for failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect information.

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

To participate on our platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally eligible to participate in online gaming and betting activities.
• You must operate a valid mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your own name.
• You must not be subject to any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

If any user creates an account using false information, otk10 reserves the right to close that account and forfeit all deposited funds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

otk10 processes transactions exclusively through recognized mobile financial services in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals can be made via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (all methods)
• There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.
• Deposited funds are added to your betting account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800 (all methods)
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

4.4 Transaction Terms

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same method and from the same mobile number. Transactions through a third party or from another person's number are not permitted. otk10 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any suspicious transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

otk10 offers various promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each user may use each promotion only once.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly from the account — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• otk10 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at its discretion.
• Misuse of bonuses (bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, etc.) is a punishable offense.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players can benefit from otk10's VIP program. There are four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher tier based on your activity and consistency.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on otk10 are governed by the following rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows wagering on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA events), kabaddi, and other sports. Market availability for all events may vary depending on the match. otk10 reserves the right to close any market at any time.

6.2 Casino Games

The otk10 casino section features games from various reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All games are operated under a fair play policy.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, connection issue, or software error, otk10 may declare that round void and the wagered amount will be refunded. No compensation will be provided in such cases.

6.4 Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over results, the game server's records shall be considered final. The opportunity to raise a dispute is available for a limited time — support must be contacted within 72 hours of the result being published.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the otk10 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent promotional terms.
• Attempting to hack the gaming system or exploit any software vulnerability.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Colluding with other users.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting platform staff or other users.
• Conducting transactions through a third party or another person's mobile wallet.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the otk10 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, sounds, and databases — is the exclusive property of otk10 and is protected by copyright law.

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content from otk10 without prior permission is prohibited.
• Unauthorized use of otk10's trademarks or brand name is strictly prohibited.
• Content may be used to a limited extent for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, otk10 is not liable for the following:

• Loss or missed bets due to internet connection failure.
• Failure of third-party servers or software.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of security.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, etc.).
• Financial loss due to losing bets or gaming outcomes.

Under no circumstances is otk10 obligated to pay compensation exceeding the user's actual deposited amount for any direct or indirect loss.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

You can close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. If active bonus wagering requirements have not been met, those bonuses will be forfeited.

11.2 Closure or Suspension by otk10

otk10 may close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false identity or information.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

If an account is closed due to a breach of the terms and conditions, the remaining balance in the account may be forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

otk10 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the platform.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
